Ordering

For your convenience, you may place your order online or by mail. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped if you are paying by check.

A deposit of at least 50% is required for all customized and wholesale orders.

We use PayPal to process online payments for ease and security to our patrons.

Please note: You do not have to establish an account with PayPal to use this payment method.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is added to all orders shipped within Illinois, as required by law at the current rate of 10.25% at check out. Sales tax is not applicable to shipping and handling fees.

Shipping and Handling

At this time we ship via USPS. We charge flat rates for shipping and handling, based on the total amount of your purchase.

Rush orders will require additional shipping and handling charges for faster delivery.

For all charges when shipping to destinations outside the contingent United States (prior to placing your order).

For Express Mail or Priority Mail as the rates will be higher.

It is our goal to ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped if you are paying by check.

Returned Check Policy

There is an additional fee for all checks returned by the bank unpaid.

Return Policy

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us for return instructions within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in good, resalable condition. Upon receipt of item(s) returned - in good, resalable condition - a refund will be issued in the same method used to make your purchase.

Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Shipping and handling charges are not eligible for refund.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all wholesale orders returned.

Customized orders cannot be returned.
